Bleh...
It’s one of those “no matter what, I feel fat” days. These days, that’s what I see when I look in the mirror. I eat right and workout a lot and I am definitely getting results. So why do I feel like such a whale when I look in the mirror? I don’t see what my friends, family and boyfriend see..I’m not that big. I just feel it. I don’t know why :/ bummin me...

Damnit...
I may have over eaten :/ stupid noodles…they were so hard to resist so I said okay, I will eat JUST A LITTLE with my small piece of fish..no harm in that..I’ve been doing so good over the last 2.5 weeks and I was dying for a little so I had some. Before I knew it I ate a lot more noodles than I should. DAMNIT!!!! :( ugh. And I had been doing so well this week!!! What now? :/

My muscles are sore and exhausted today so I just worked on my cardio for 30 minutes. Better than nothing..right? :) Running & elliptical! :)

I took a couple pics today with my spotter app to see my progress so far and I actually noticed some!!! I look in the mirror and I still feel like I look the same but I don’t compared to 3-4 weeks ago :) I want to put it up buuut I’m kind of nervous….
