But for whatever reason, my attitude changed and I stuck to it. Honestly, I motivate myself by just looking in the mirror every morning and seeing all the things I don't like about my body (sad, I know.) It's been really hard to stay patient, but when you start seeing results, it is definitely worth it! (:
